Caroline Nowell was born in Surry County, Virginia, and raised on Dripping Springs Farm, owned by her family for over 200 years. She has had many unique life experiences including world travel, opening her eyes to many different cultures. After realizing that city life was more her speed, Nowell has called Baltimore her home for the past 10 years. Caroline was on the road to being a doctor with a bachelors in Biology from UMBC, when her passion for real estate investing started to take hold. She is now well versed in luxury homes sales, renovation projects, rentals, international commercial sales, first time home buyer seminars, and waterfront properties. She is dedicated to answering her phone to deliver a personalized concierge experience for each and every client.
