Since he was 16 years old, Brendan has had an insatiable interest in residential real estate sales. Immediately after graduating high school, he attended a business internship program in Worcester, MA where he interned with a leasing and management firm as well as with an independent boutique brokerage. Upon returning home, Brendan joined a local real estate investment team where he eventually became the lead manager and was involved in over 40 real estate transactions.
Before earning his real estate license in 2018, Brendan joined a property management company in Baltimore City where he played a crucial role in managing a portfolio of 45 units. Native to Baltimore County, having grown up in White Marsh, Brendan is extremely knowledgeable of the market conditions in Baltimore City, County and surrounding counties. When he's not working, Brendan enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, socializing at local events, reading and going to the gym.
