Van Believes You Can
I am dedicated to getting better every day as a professional in my field to better serve my clients. Ever since I graduated high school I have always wanted to dive into the real estate industry. That is when I saw that there is a big need to serve buyers and sellers as not their agents but as their guidance.
Recently I helped a buyer bought their first home in September 2020 and if anyone knows anything about the market at the time, it was busy. They have been looking for a new home since 2010. The couple wanted a home that was close to their family members, with enough land (to build and throw family functions), and also in the middle of many attractions in Baltimore County.
We finally saw the perfect house for them, went on a showing that day and they loved it. I recommended them to some of our trusted lenders immediately. We got them qualified that night of the showing.
That next day I submitted their offer to the listing agent (knowing the home that they wanted also had many other offers coming in). When I tell you I followed up with the listing agent like crazy, it was indeed CRAZY.
My buyers were very nervous but I assure them that we went above and beyond to make sure they get the house they want.
The next thing we know, the listing agent got back to us with the good news that they accepted the deal.
Not only did my buyer get their dream house, but they also got it 20K below the original listing price with the seller paying for the Home Warranty, and closed in 30 days (getting them in their new home before Thanksgiving).
That is what I believe the real estate business is about, whether if it’s working with my buyers or sellers, it is about getting them what they want by going above and beyond.
