A large hay & straw storage area with double doors provides easy access for bulk deliveries. Additional conveniences include 6 matted wash bays (2 indoor, 4 outdoor) with hot and cold water, 4 grass paddocks with no-climb wire horse fencing, and 3 sand round pens. The barn is very well lighted and ventilated with large sliding windows, double 1/2-glass doors throughoutand an integrated rooftop ventilation system.The year-round training facilities include a 1-mile dirt track with 10% banked turns, 7/8-mileTapeta track, plus miles of turf gallops and hacking trails within the 350-acre training complex.
